The dispatch takes place on the cheapest way and is always insured.

For export we charge insurance costs of 2.00 (2.38) per 100 Euro value of goods. 
For orders over 100 Euro in Germany and 300 Euro worldwide, shipping is free (not the insurance value).
Customers with a permanent discount always pay shipping costs. 
Your order will be processed within 3 - 5 days. The delivery time after receipt of payment can be up to 2 weeks or longer depending on the country.
It is always possible that the eyes are out of stock. We will then contact you to clarify the further procedure and the dates. 
Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal. (Paypal for the Euro zone is only possible if the costs of 1.9% are covered, as bank transfers are free. If you wish, please let us know).
